When did your journey with God begin?
Was it years ago—or just today? How big of a part has God played in your life? Have you ever wished there was more? Whether you want to recapture a time in your life when you were constantly amazed by the truest things, or simply want to test the waters by experiencing God in your life for the first time, North Albany Community Church is ready to welcome you. Before the Service Drop by Information Central near the front entrance for ministry information. Choose a service time: North Albany Community Church offers two services each Sunday, 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Featuring today's contemporary praise music along with hymns sung in a little different way. Check in your children: Our weekend kids program is the perfect place for children from birth to grade 5. The staff and volunteers create a safe, fun atmosphere in which children can learn Bible stories and participate in age-appropriate learning. There is a kids table just outside the auditorium just ask a host or volunteer, and they will direct you. Get settled: At North Albany Community Church, you’ll notice a casual atmosphere, and people of all ages and walks of life. A host will give you a name tag and will welcome you. You may sit wherever you are most comfortable. During the Service
Worship: This time is set aside for communicating with God from our hearts. Our worship team will lead us in upbeat, contemporary songs of celebration, as well as more intimate songs of worship. Many of the songs may be familiar to you if you listen to local Christian radio. Everyone worships in his or her own unique way – for many, that means raising hands, singing and clapping along, and for others it means quietly reflecting on the words. You’re welcome to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Offering: Each week North Albany Community Church regular attenders make an offering. As a guest, there is no need for you to give. This is an act of worship for our regular attenders, allowing them to thank God for all of the great work he is doing in their lives. It also gives North Albany Community Church the means to reach more people for Christ in the future. Message: Every weekend, our pastor gives a relevant, straightforward message that is based on Scripture, and is designed to be helpful in your everyday life. Many past messages are online. These messages will help you develop a growing, vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ, and apply biblical teaching to your own life. Communion: The third Sunday of every month we celebrate communion together. Anyone can participate in this time of reflection and prayer – as long they’ve made the decision to follow Jesus Christ. The juice and bread that we share represent the life he gave up so that our sins could be forgiven. Following communion it is our practice to receive a benevolent offering for those in our community that are in need.
